(VIDEO) Electric “Grand Prix de Pau” nice battles and crashes…

Announced on March 22nd the first electric Grand Prix on asphalt with Andros Cars was taking place this week end.

In the continuation of the Andros on ice, races were held on two days starting with qualifying in the morning and race in the afternoon, 12 pilots have battled over the weekend.

Mike Parisy won the first day race, a success for the local pilot who wanted to honor his region. 

But Adrien Tambay (Norauto) also a “Palois” local signed the two poles in qualifying was determined not to let his chance go twice and took the first place in the second race.


A very nice first edition acclaimed by the public, that deserves at least a second edition!

The Andros Cars are electric race vehicles designed by Exagon Engineering: 120hp, 800kg for a range of 35min in race conditions, basically used on ice, the asphalt version receives bigger brakes and a supplementary cooling system.
