The Monotracer is a two wheeler, a sort of motorcycle with cockpit, created by the Swiss company Peraves.
Initially created with a gasoline engine, the idea of an electric version soon became inevitable, after years of development, the Zerotracer or E-Tracer was born.
Recently it “appeared” in the Automotive X Prize (where it took the second place and $ 2.5 million) and participated in the Zero Race where three vehicles (a three-wheeler called Trev and a Vectrix scooter) drove around the world in 80 days.
The Zerotracer’s performances are impressive, 183hp, 350km of range, 0 to 100kph in 4.5 seconds.
Halfway between motorcycle and titlting vehicle here is a video in which we can enjoy its dynamic qualities on winding roads.
