For its 125 anniversary, Mercedes is launching today a world tour with the B Class F-Cell to show the maturity of its technology.
Three B Class F-Cell leave Stuttgart for 30000km, they will cover 4 continents and 14 countries in 125 days.
First stops: Paris, Barcelona, Madrid then Lisbon. From there, cars will leave Europe by plane to the American East coast, then West coast, Canada, Australia, China and the Eastern Europe with a return to the starting point in Stuttgart.
In 2010, 200 units of this model have been delivered in Europe and in the United States
Thanks to this event, Mercedes hopes to push the development of the hydrogen infrastructure.
For the moment, there are only 200 stations worldwide, this represents a colossal logistic challenge for such an event …
