Carice Mk1, a sweet electric roadster that recalls the first Porsches

The company Carice Cars based in Delft, Netherlands has introduced a small electric roadster with retro lines inspired by the Porsche 550 and 356, the Carice Mk1 - but more than its nice design, the positioning and product are interesting!

With this project, the company had already won an award for Innovation in 2013 (Rabobank Young Innovator competitie), but the official presentation of the product took place on the Apeldoorn Concours d'Elegance.

Few information on the specs of this Carice Mk1 but an important one about weight: 350kg only (battery included) for this little roadster! This advantage allows it to provide sensations announced as comparable to those of a sports car with little power.

Several battery packs are available as well as a range extender.
Carice cars also offers a version "Junior" without license.

Its price is almost reasonable compared to the often exorbitant prices of electric vehicles in small series, € 26,620 including VAT for a nice Roadster, a tiny summer with quality finish such as the leather bucket seat and corked aluminium dashboard.

The Carice Mk1 is available in limited edition from today
