After the plug-in hybrid version of the Panamera (S e-hybrid) , Porsche is testing a plug-in version of its star SUV, the Cayenne.

The brand has been offering for several years of hybrid versions of its sedan and SUV - early 2013 they introduced a plug-in hybrid technology with the Panamera S e-hybrid.
We should find the same module in the Cayenne S e-hybrid a V6 coupled to an electric motor for a combined power of 410hp and 35km range in electric only.

This icon of the brand, synonymous of power and consumption will be greener than ever and may even be eligible to some eco bonus!

Its official fuel consumption and emissions are to be announced, we imagine eg the Frankfurt Motor Show for its official public premiere...

As a reminder, the plug-in hybrid Panamera allows a 4.4l per 100km consumption in real life conditions for 3.1l per 100km and 71g/km announced!

About its price, it should be placed like the Panamera in its range, between the versions S and GTS.
