Indeed, the current Jazz Hybrid began its career in 2010 therefore, an update was necessary.

The 2015 Honda Jazz is still based on a 1.5l four-cylinder Atkinson cycle engine but now called Sport Hybrid i-DCD, that sets the tone!

In detail, the petrol engine offers 107hp for 130nm and 30hp for 160nm from the electric motor for a total output of 137hp instead of 98ch previously and 170nm of torque.

The new Jazz Hybrid also features a sport button that maximizes the performances of the powerplant while the CVT transmission gives way to a 7-speed gearbox.

More powerfull, it is also more frugal with a fuel consumption under 3l per 100km it offers the possibility to run in all-electric on a 3km distance at a speed of 50kph thanks to the 0.9kWh lithium ion battery - the maximum speed of this mode reaches 75kph, a record for the segment !
