Yuki Shiraishi wants to participate in the Formula E Championship via crowdfunding

Yuki Shiraishi is a Japanese pilot born in 1989, having started with motocross at the age of 7, at 18 he enters the Suzuka Circuit Racing School and wins the AFR Series (Asian Formula Renault) just two years later before doing some tests in F3 and GP2. Formula 1 remains his ultimate dream, therefore he wants to raise funds to participate in the Formula E Championship!


Indeed, Yuki is really into electric mobility as he helps developing Tommy Kaira’s ZZ EV roadster, he wants to put his young fame in favor of electric mobility.

About the Formula-E Championship, the location of the races for the first season are already known, with 10 international capitals, starting in 2014. While the final prototype of the Spark-Renault electric car will be revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show, for the moment only three teams officially entered the championship.

The crowdfunding site selected by Yuki is the Japanese Countdown-x, there are 21 days remaining to help him realize his dream.
