(VIDEO) Le Mans test days live from the pits, Toyota and Audi at two seconds!
At the end of this first week-end of tests the Audis are in the top three with Allan McNish who signs the reference time on the R18 e-tron quattro N°2 (McNish/Capello/Kristensen), with 3'25'' 927 the next two non-hybrid versions (R18 Ultra).
Toyota is also on the front of the stage with their hybrid the TS030 which laps Le Mans in 3'27'' 204 with the car No. 7 (Wurz/Lapierre/Nakajima), ranking fourth.
Le Mans test days was also an opportunity to have a close look on the DeltaWing which will set off for Le Mans 24h –as research vehicle- with the aim to use two times less fuel than conventional cars.
