Here is the misadventure of a vehicle tester that came out of the factory without license plates on its prototype. 
Add to this the look of the car without body work and the pilot’s driving, trying to push the vehicle to the limit, and you quickly understand that the man got arrested and despite convincing explanations “It’s a test car, we’re just taking it for a quick spin” ended at the police station with his car towed ...

Specialized local medias wondered about  the vehicle with its tubular chassis and motor located in the back, eventually they found that it was an electric buggy which has since been put on sale at 68,000 RMB or about € 8100.
