2011 Tokyo Motor Show: Honda Ev-Ster the electric roadster

Teased as the Small Sports EV Concept on November 10th, Honda has revealed more details on their electric sports-car (3.57 m long and 1.5m wide) at the press conference.

The Ev-Ster lines are futuristic even inside the "cockpit" with a joystick-kind steering wheel.
Two seater convertible focusing on fun, it offer a new vision of sports vehicles.

Information systems and connectivity are in turn concentrated in the dashboard with a main screen and two others on the side.

The driver can adjust the vehcile's suspension and motor perfomances.

The car develops 79hp (58kW), reaching 60kph in under 5 seconds for a top speed of 160kph. In addition to its carbon construction, the small battery of 10kWh also contributes to the weight announced as light. 
Autonomy (JC08 cycle) is listed around 160km, recharging takes 3 hours on 200V.
