After the reveal of the 2012 GS450h at the IAA this year, Lexus chose the SEMA Show, THE tuning exhibition in Las Vegas to introduce its sports declination (
only an interior and exterior design package).
Technological flagship of the brand combining sportiness and efficiency, this sedan, like the classic GS is the first car of the brand to be equipped with directional rear wheels, a system called DRS.
The F-Sport also variable receives the Lexus Dynamic Handling system: variable gear ratio steering (VGRS), electric power steering (EPS) adaptative variable suspension (AVS) and still offers four driving modes Eco, Normal, Sport and Sport +
On the styling side: its design gets closer to the one of the concept LF-Gh
that envisioned the GS, it receives 19” wheels a specific front bumper and a rear spoiler.
In short, a better traction thanks to 19” wheels and improved handling in a more flattering package... But the 6.3l per 100km and 145g/km announced by the classic GS450h might no longer be there...
