Engineering company founded 125 years ago, Varley provides products and services in the transportation industry, including a range of electric utility vehicles.
This year, in cooperation with Tritium and Ultramotive, they decided to tackle a new market. Proving that they also know to transport people in a different way, while highlighting their technological know-how.
They developed the EVR450, an electric sports-car that will be revealed in world premiere at the Australian conference on electric vehicles AEVC on October 26th in Brisbane.
It specs sheet announce a 0 to 100kph in 3.8 seconds and a top speed limited to 200kph, its range is 150km in the basic version, but it can be extended to 300km with an extra battery pack.
Its launch is planned for 2012 for a price below $ 200,000
