(VIDEO) FIM ePower/TTXGP: european final of the electric bike GP in Le Mans

After achievingmaking the pole position during qualifications yesterday morning, Matthias Himmelmann on Münch Racing won the European title for the 2011 season of the TTXGP/FIM ePower on the Bugatti track in Le Mans.

In eight laps Himmelmann distanced its follower Alessandro Brannetti on the CRP 1.4, by 34 seconds…The Chinese team Zongshen gets the third place.

Each year, the developments of the machines continues and to give you an idea, Himmelmann smashed his time from last year by 2.19 minutes ...

Because of the technological lead of Münch Racing and its more powerfull engine, Brannetti declared to be satisfied with this second place... A time chosen by CRP Racing to announce the arrival of a road version of the eCRP with a concept vehicle that will be unveiled at EICMA in Milan this year!
