With their quirky tone and extension cord installed at the rear of the bike they left Paris with the aim of testing the bike of course, but also the charging phases and hospitality of gas stations or countryside, testing the reactions on electric mobility.

The Zero DS ZF9 in brief: 150kg, 180km of range in the city, charging in 5hrs with dual built-in charger and sale price of € 13,995.

1000km is the opportunity of a complete testing on highway and roads, at a steady speed of 100kph the pilot traveled 60.3km because on the highway, at constant speed, the regenerative braking is no longer there to help maximize battery, and power consumption is at its peak.

However on country roads, the absence of noise, the torque and agility pleasantly surprised MotoJournal.

This first video goes from Paris to Villié Morgon, a 431km trip, to be continued ...
