IAA 2011: Opel's electric microcar Rak-e
13 September 2011After the first camouflaged glimpse on September 1st, here are the first images of this radical concept dubbed Rak-e.
An affordable micro electric city car equipped with two seats in tandem to attract a young audience (it is thus placed as a direct competitor of the Twizy).
Lightweight, it has a range of almost 100km and a top speed of 120kph, providing a greater flexibility compared to the Twizy's maximum 80kph.
Opel gives to this electric concept a strong "potential for production."
